Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to build your website and bill you. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers — ever. We don't run ad trackers. When you leave, you can take your information with you and ask us to delete the rest.

• Your account: your email address (and name, if you provide one) so you can sign in to your dashboard. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe — we never see it or store it. We keep a reference to your Stripe customer record so we can manage your subscription.
• Your business information: the details you give us to put on your website — business name, phone number, address, hours, services, photos. This information is meant to be public: publishing it on your website is the entire service.
• Messages: if you email or text us (for example, to request a site change), we keep the correspondence so we can do the work and remember what you asked for.
• Basic server logs: our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, which we use only for security and keeping the site running.

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We don't run third-party ad trackers or analytics that follow you around the web.
• We don't send marketing email lists — you hear from us about your own website and account, that's it.
• We don't use your information for anything unrelated to building, hosting, and billing for your website.

We use only the cookies required for the service to work: a session cookie from Clerk so you stay signed in to your dashboard, and cookies Stripe sets during checkout for security and fraud prevention. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

A few trusted providers handle parts of the service, and each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Clerk — sign-in and accounts (your email address).
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions (your billing details).
• Amazon Web Services — hosting for this site and client websites (standard server logs).

Each of these companies publishes its own privacy policy covering the data it processes.

The business websites we host (for example, a lawn care company's site) are simple, static pages. They don't have login systems, contact forms, or analytics trackers — if you visit one and tap the phone number, your call goes directly to that business, not to us. Standard hosting logs (like IP addresses) are the only technical data involved, used solely to keep the sites online and secure.

We keep your information for as long as you have an account or an active website with us, and as long as required for tax and accounting records. If you cancel, your website comes down and your domain remains yours. Want your account information deleted? Email us at jasonlettered@gmail.com and we'll delete what we hold, except records we're legally required to keep.

You can see and update your account details in your dashboard, manage or cancel billing through the billing portal, and ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, these may also be legal rights — either way, we honor them. Just email us.

Our service is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

If we ever change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and its effective date. If a change meaningfully reduces your privacy, we'll tell account holders directly by email first.
